FAREWELL TO DECEPTION I want to call a spade by its name It may hurt though But truth is nothing But Truth Allow me To marry the scorch And free myself From this ocean of lies Go! Deception Go! FAREWELL TO A HERO

The day has come again Did we longed for this day? It snailed towards us Bringing an end To decades of Barakah Just yesterday with eagerness We stetoscoped the sky Searching for the crescent moon Sadly we google the sky today For another ambigous one You are our hero Your first decade was a blessing The fragile heart became robust Our mosques became flooded Even our plates metamorphosed Then your second decade of bliss The Tashe during the day and night The Gwauro melody, drums and beats That brings back old memory To the senile and doddery mind Barely do we sleep in your third decade Hoping to see that night of power Your odd days were sacred 83 years of worship and even more! Just for a night! We are in a dilemma now To browse the sky for a crescent That could end your stay days on earth I guess it is farewell to you O! Ramadan. 26 July 2014 at 18:19
